This is a subject that I’ve walked past hundreds of times, filled with curiosity, but lacking in inspiration. This time, the less common hard light that was present during this time of year finally triggered the right synapses and I knew this was exactly what I wanted. I captured five frames with the 50mm (which is my latest limitation) with the pano in mind. I am very happy with the results of this second processing (the first version mostly lost to a Photoshop crash). I processed it in color with full monochrome in mind, but ended up liking a touch of color, mostly from the original scene. The processing is entirely manual in Photoshop, keeping with my current back-to-basics exercise.
