Shakespeare & Co.

My wife and I stumbled upon Shakespeare and Company, a quaint and enchanting bookstore in Paris’ Latin Quarter, across the Seine from Notre Dame. While she perused the multitude of fascinating books on display, I was fiddling with my film SLR that had malfunctioned due to the gear grease freezing in the sub-zero temps outside. I shot a few images to test the shutter and managed to capture this great angle of the books and my wife in the background.
